- Rubin Thomlinson’s “Respect in the Workplace” program wins Aegon Canada Inc. the life insurance industry’s (LOMA Canada) prestigious award for “Best Practices in Learning and Development”.
Consisting of interactive workshops, Rubin Thomlinson's Respect in the Workplace program was recognized for producing “measurable positive change” within Aegon Canada, and for resulting in higher awareness for individuals and a change in behaviour.

- Janice Rubin ranked by peers as one of the best employment lawyers in Canada in the 2006 (inaugural), 2007-2008, 2009 and 2010 editions of “The Best Lawyers in Canada”.
- Christine Thomlinson ranked by peers as one of the best employment lawyers in Canada in the 2010 edition of “The Best Lawyers in Canada”.
- Janice Rubin and Christine Thomlinson were finalists in the 2008 RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Awards. These Awards are meant to recognize women entrepreneurs in Canada, who through their successful businesses, have contributed to their communities and global economies.
