Advocacy

Whether it is a wrongful dismissal matter, or any other issue involving employment law, our employment lawyers support our clients when they are involved in litigation. Our clients benefit from our legal expertise and successful track record in advocating their cases at court, or at the Human Rights Tribunal or the Labour Board.

Our employment lawyers believe that successful advocacy happens not only at the hearing stage, but well before that, when clients attend mediation. All of our employment lawyers are highly skilled negotiators, and are often able to assist clients in settling their cases at this stage. Over the years, our employment lawyers have successfully handled wrongful dismissal cases, constructive dismissal cases, terminations for cause, compensation disputes, and human rights matters.
