Our reputation for highly effective mediation was built on partner Janice Rubin’s expertise and experience at mediating workplace disputes. A certified mediator, she trained with the renowned CDR Associates in Boulder, Colorado. Janice’s skill at mediation is complemented by her expertise in employment law, a combination that results in expert mediation both before and after litigation has commenced.
Janice Rubin's skills as a mediator are superb. She has successfully mediated cases that I had little or no anticipation of settling going into the mediation. Some of these involved multi-parties which made the situation even more complex. Even in these extremely difficult cases, she somehow manages to keep the parties at the table until the issues are resolved and the minutes of settlement are signed.
