Workplace Mediation

We offer mediation services in our Toronto office.

Employment lawyer and founding partner, Janice Rubin has taken her expertise and experience at workplace conflict resolution and developed a reputation at Rubin Thomlinson for highly effective mediation. A certified mediator, she trained with the renowned CDR Associates in Boulder, Colorado and brings those skills, coupled with her expertise in employment law, to Rubin Thomlinson’s practice in Toronto. Her conflict resolution approach results in expert mediation both before and after litigation has commenced.

Janice Rubin's skills as a mediator are superb. She has successfully mediated cases that I had little or no anticipation of settling going into the mediation. Some of these involved multi-parties which made the situation even more complex. Even in these extremely difficult cases, she somehow manages to keep the parties at the table until the issues are resolved and the minutes of settlement are signed.
