One-On-One Remedial Human Rights Coaching

We understand the difficulty clients face in dealing with a senior-level employee who has demonstrated inappropriate workplace behaviour, particularly when the individual is a high-performer the company wants to retain.

We provide one-on-one, remedial human rights coaching that is proving to be a highly effective form of intervention. In a private session with the employee, we review the particular problem behaviour in a non-judgmental approach that explains why it was inappropriate, and the steps the individual can take in the future to comply with the employer’s behavioural requirements.

Our one-on-one, remedial human rights coaching mitigates the risk of the behaviour recurring, thereby reducing or eliminating the employer’s liability. Our coaching also serves as evidence of meeting the necessary compliance with human rights legislation.
