Upcoming Teleseminar:
Are You Ready for Bill 168?

60 Minutes with RT
Thursday April 8th, 12 Noon – 1:00 PM EST

Bill 168 requires employers to address psychological harassment and violence in the workplace. Employers must create new policies and procedures, train employees, and perform risk assessments before June 15, 2010, to determine if their organization is vulnerable to violence.

Don’t know where to begin? Call in to join the conversation between Janice Rubin and Hena Singh; they’ll be discussing the best way for you to prepare for this groundbreaking legislation.

With a 45-minute discussion and a 15 minute Q & A, get practical, how-to tips you can implement immediately. Learn:

  • what your policies should include;
  • how to train employees and prepare managers for their new roles and responsibilities;
  • how to prepare and conduct a risk assessment;
  • how often risk assessments, training and policy reviews should be conducted;
  • about the resources available to help you get the job done!

Train your entire HR department for $99.

Seminar fee includes:

  • reference material (in pdf form)
  • a recorded copy of the seminar
  • an unlimited number of participants from your organization

How it works:

  1. Register online and submit your payment via PayPal – we accept VISA and Mastercard.
  2. One week before the seminar we will provide you with a dial-in number and send you a pdf copy of the seminar materials.
  3. On the day of the seminar, join the call on an individual line or speaker phone. An operator will welcome you to the seminar and moderate the Q & A session.
