60 Minutes with RT: The Employment Law Roundup

Wednesday February 8, 2012 12 noon – 1pm ET

In the last year, courts have weighed in on a varied and interesting mix of employment law cases. This interactive teleseminar will cover the most interesting legal developments of the year and key cases to consider for 2012. Learn what these decisions mean for employers and what our lawyers recommend from the comfort of your office.

Join employment lawyers Janice Rubin and Sarah Vokey for an informative, hour-long session that will include updates on:

  • The Impact of Bill 168 and Cause Termination
  • Reasonable Notice
  • Psychological Harassment
  • Restrictive Covenants
  • Workplace Investigations

Up to four employees can register for $99. Registrants will receive written material in advance of the teleseminar. (Limit of four employees for $99. The $99 fee allows access to one phone line only.)

Please note that no refunds will be given for cancellations. Substitution of participants is permissible with prior notification. If you are unable to find a substitute, you can transfer your registration to a future session at Rubin Thomlinson's discretion.
