The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requires organizations to comply with standards designed to improve accessibility for people with disabilities by identifying, removing and preventing barriers to accessibility.
Employers need training and to have their policies reviewed to ensure that they are compliant. Since 2011, we have been going into workplaces to help employers fulfill these requirements by developing policies, procedures and customized training. We are able to do this training onsite or through teleseminars.
